We are a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust, or
REIT, active in acquiring, developing, redeveloping, leasing and managing office
and industrial properties. As of December 31, 2007, we owned 216 office
properties, 23 industrial facilities and one mixed-use property (which we refer
to collectively as the ?Properties?) containing an aggregate of approximately
