Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., which we refer to by the
acronym ?OMA?, is a corporation (sociedad anonima bursatil de capital variable)
organized under the laws of Mexico. We were incorporated in 1998 as part of the
Mexican government?s program for the opening of Mexico?s airports to private
investment. The duration of our corporate existence is indefinite. We are a
holding company and conduct substantially all of our operations through our
subsidiaries. The terms ?OMA?, ?we? and ?our? in this annual report refer to
Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V. together with its
subsidiaries, and to properties and assets that we own or operate, unless
