Our fiscal year ends on the last Monday in January each year. In this Annual
Report on Form 10-K, we refer to the fiscal years by reference to the calendar
year in which they end (e.g., the fiscal year ended January 28, 2008, is
referred to as ?fiscal 2008,? and the fiscal year ended January 29, 2007, is
referred to as ?fiscal 2007?). Fiscal 2008, 2007 and 2006 each include 52 weeks.
For clarity of presentation, we generally label all fiscal years presented as if
the fiscal year ended January 31. All dollar amounts, except per share amounts,
presented in this Annual Report on Form 10-K are in thousands, unless otherwise
noted.
