This folder contains samples of end of day provided by EODData.

NAMING CONVENTIONS
The naming convention used for end of day files is:

    exchange_date.txt       eg: nasdaq_20030621
		
		where:
		     exchange = exchange code = nasdaq, nyse, amex, etc.
				 date = yyyymmdd

DATA FORMAT
The data format used is standard 7/8 column Metastock ascii:

    symbol,date,open,high,low,close,volume[,openinterest]
		eg: MSFT,20031217,27.04,27.08,26.85,27.04,537535,0
		
		where:
		    date = yyyymmdd
